We are easy to find in Chapel Hill

Located in an old log cabin, our office is convenient to Lewisburg, Eagleville, Shelbyville, College Grove, Holt's Corner, and any of the surrounding areas. If you want to map us our address to use is 123 S. Horton Parkway Chapel Hill, TN 37034 .

Coming from College Grove, Holt's Corner:

Travel down 31A south into Chapel Hill.  Go through the two stoplights.  We are two blocks on the right past the 2nd stoplight.  You can park to the left of the building.  If you are bringing a trailer pull to the left side of the building and all away to the back, then walk to the front to enter the clinic.

Coming from Eagleville/Murfreesboro:

Take Hwy 41A toward Shelbyville.  Turn right on Hwy 270 west towards Chapel Hill.  Turn right onto Hwy 31A.  Travel up 31A north into Chapel Hill.  After you pass the funeral home and O'Reilly's Auto Parts on the left we are the next business on the left.  You can park to the left of the building.  If you are bringing a trailer pull to the left side of the building and all away to the back, then walk to the front to enter the clinic.

Coming from Shelbyville:

Take Hwy 41A toward Unionville.  Turn left on Hwy 270 west towards Chapel Hill.  Turn right onto Hwy 31A.  Travel up 31A north into Chapel Hill.  After you pass the funeral home and O'Reilly's Auto Parts on the left we are the next business on the left.  You can park to the left of the building.  If you are bringing a trailer pull to the left side of the building and all away to the back, then walk to the front to enter the clinic.

Coming from I-65/Columbia:

Take exit 37 off of I-65 and merge onto Hwy 99 going east.  Follow the signs to Henry Horton State Park.  At the end of Hwy 99 at Henry Horton turn left onto Hwy 31A.  Travel up 31A north into Chapel Hill.  After you pass the funeral home and O'Reilly's Auto Parts on the left we are the next business on the left.  You can park to the left of the building.  If you are bringing a trailer pull to the left side of the building and all away to the back, then walk to the front to enter the clinic.
