FindaHome Animal Rescue, (Springfield TN) small, rescue through fostering, but we rescue exotic birds (NOT WILD BIRDS) parakeets to Cockatoos and everything in between. We have a good network of bird fosters that are good with rehabilitating pluckers etc. and we do vet the birds, and then concentrate on finding them great forever homes. I can be reached at 615-473-8274 I am not a 501, but an independent rescue, I am also the co-director of our humane organization here in Springfield TN Friends of the Shelter. We have some fosters for dogs as well and we are not breed specific, although not set up to meet city ordinances for Pit bulls or pit mixes. Unfortunately, there are very strict ordinances here for housing the pitty breed, to include american and staffies.
